In his spare time, Russell enjoys walking his two French Bulldogs, cooking and spending time with friends and family, including his grandchildren who keep him on his toes.

Aftercare appointments are designed to retest your hearing and check in with you on how you’re managing your hearing loss. Our aftercare also includes servicing and repairs, as hearing aids—unlike a pair of glasses—require constant adjustments to ensure you enjoy the best hearing experience possible.
